I own an Omen Vector wireless mouse which recently started having double click issues.

 

It's a hardware problem, not software so I want to know how can I claim warranty for this product to either repair the mouse or replace it.

 

The numbers I can see in the back of the mouse are the following:

 

SPS PN: M09403-001

Product number: 2B349AA

S/N: [personal information removed]

Model: HSA-P010M

 

I am not able to open a specific support request as none of the above 4 numbers seems valid product number in your relevant system.

 

I bought the mouse in Greece on 15/02/2023.
