Product: OMEN Mindframe Prime
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The barcode on the packaged box of the mindframe prime, has the label "S/N" meaning serial number so i tried registering my product with my account but the serial number was invalid, i tried to look for more places for serial numbers but no place had any, the documentations or the actual headset. Please help me with this.
