Product: OMEN by HP - 17-an011na

Recently purchased a HP Omen 17”, love the machine except one thing, try to start up Omen game hub it starts then says updates needed to open Hub,after a while it says “cannot download updates as networks unstable “ my router is strong signal laptops within one metre of router , tried deleting it and reinstalling but same occurance,really want to use the backlight keyboard and other gaming  options.
