Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

You need to provide more info to get Forum assistance.

 

What else is going on when you start the PC? Does the PC start? Do you hear fans and see LED activity?

 

Do you have video?

 

Anything unusual happen immediately prior to losing USB function (mouse and keyboard)? Maybe a HP Support Assistant or a Windows Update?
