I think there are additional buttons to press and the touch screen is not used for the OSD.

Manual indicates the on screen display has a menu item to enabled the charging

Note that not all systems have the feature as it is optional.

thank you for the link  for  user manual. i found the  osd menu but how do i select from it.  touch the menu icon but nothing happends how do
