Product: Hp pavilion 15- ec 2004ax

I recently formatted my laptop...I want to know if my laptop came with inbuilt OS...and then what's that OS? I have provided the model no above... hope it helps

Thanks for the product number, that really helps.

 

Your Laptop shipped with W10 Home. Check this Site for all specifications.

 

A clean W10 Home install should auto activate since the W10 Home OEM product key is stored in your Laptop's BIOS. A clean W11 Home install will also activate.

 

You could probably do a HP Cloud Recovery if your PC qualifies and you want the HP factory image.
