Product: laptop

My laptop suddenly gets shutdown while using and when start it again there is some shutter sound and it won't start

and after some time, I need to plug in the charger as whole battery is gone and it's heated up,

 

and some time while working its screens get half or full black 

While plugging into the charger it shows full battery indication light in few minutes and heated up so much but the battery is not full
