Product: Hp Gaming Victus 15

I installed a bios update on my Victus 15 Gaming laptop and now I’m in a bios recovery loop. When the recovery does finish, the screen is black but is still on. I can’t find a way to fix it and even if I do try to fix like ctrl+b/v it doesnt work. What is a way I can fix this? I’ve been here for at least 3 hours trying to figure out a solution but it still, DIDNT work. Please help!!
