Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After an update my sound don't works anymore. I

on my device management i have a notification :problem with idt high definition audio codec hp windows 10

 

 

I tried everything but no success. I reinstalled the codec but also no success. Notification is contact HP

But HP says for my PC: denied (to old?)

 

What can I do

Is there a solution for my problem?

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if this W10 IDT audio driver from the link below gets the sound to work again.

 

Restart the PC after installing the driver.

 

Tempo High-Definition Audio Driver (Original IDT)

 

6.10.6504.0
