When using the device to dial-in to a conference call, following the establishment of the call using the 'Dialpad' button to access the dialpad, results in the dialpad closing before users are able to enter all the necessary numbers to join the conference call.

I suggest you test this with 7.2.6 or earlier.

 

If you require 7.2.7 I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

I can look at 7.2.6.0019 next week, that and 5.96.3432 and 7.2.7.0191 are the only versions listed for download on lens.

 

I don't believe, we've a specific 7.2.7 requirement.
