Hi,

 could you confirm if there is a way to complete disable the handsfree element of the VVX350? 

 

ie When you press new call it doesnt activate handsfree

when you press a line key it doesnt activate handsfree

 

Our customer works in a secure enviroment and the speaker / handsfree mic needs to be completely disabled?

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product or the application aka UC Software or Obi Software you are using.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions. This may also depend on the answer we can provide.

This was for a phone connected to Skype for Business in a public lobby. They wanted to have 2 speed dials to connect to security and reception.
