IM HAVING TROUBLE TRANSFERING CALLS. SOMETIMES WHEN I TRANSFER, THE CALL DOES NOT TRANSFER AND I LOSE THE CALL. MY EXTENSION SHOWS THAT I HAVE SOMEONE ON HOLD BUT I CAN'T ANSWER THE CALL OR UNPARK IT. DURING THAT TIME, MY LINE STAYS BUSY UNTIL THE PERSON ON THE OTHER LINE DECIDES TO HANG UP. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHATS GOING ON OR WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software Version, or the SIP or Call server you are using.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.
