I am getting the following message on all VVX phones that I manage. I've tried to talk with Poly support and they tell me that something in our firewall is blocking port 443. Well that would be ok, except that I am talking hundreds of phones across 50+ sites, some with no firewall (for troubleshooting purposes). Bottom line is, this is not a firewall or a port blocking issue and it just started sometime in the past 3 days.  We are able to fetch software on our E-Series phones no problem, but any VVX phone doesn't allow it. Any help would be appreciated. We have talked with Poly support and have gotten no where. 
 
Message: 
Failed to fetch available software from the Poly Hosted server. Please try again later or contact your Network Administrator if the problem persists.

Hello @RobA7 ,

 

Welcome to the HP community.

 

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product you are using.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

Resolution: Please ensure your firewall allows outbound network traffic as shown  => here <=
