A user utilizing Poly Trio’s can use built-in functionality to check for Network issues like lost or dropped packets and/or jitter

 

Using Settings => Status => Diagnostics => Media Statistics => will allow a user to toggle between the below screens which will show the Tx (transmit) and Rx (received) network information. These include the video format, bit rate, call rate, fast update requests (FUR), the used codec, overall packets and the lost packets:

In addition Settings => Status => Diagnostics => Networked Devices => Statistics will allow a user to check the details of any paired device:
