Wondering if it is possible to have a custom background on a Poly Teams phone, in specific the CCX600, Edge E100, and CCX350.

Hello @rmang24 ,

 

welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

If the phone aka a CCX is running the native Android Microsoft Teams app the question would need to be asked with our Partner Microsoft as they supply the App.

 

A Edge E phone would only be a Microsoft Teams SIP gateway and again our Partner Microsoft controls the configuration.
