Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Windows 10 computer is not communicating with my DesignJet HP T125 24 inch printer. I've tried everything from uninstalling several times, using the USB cable connection, scan and print diagnostics.The printer has been tested and is working after printer a test from it only.

When you connect the USB do you get the acknowledgement noise indicating that a usb device has been connected? Have you tried a different port on your computer? Have you tried connecting via network? Some newer printers are shipped with the USB ports disabled and to use USB they need to be enabled through either the control panel or the embedded web server. Consult the user guide which you can download from support.hp.com
