there can be either hardware or software issue, check for any debris or foreign objects on the printer's scanner glass or document feeder and ensure that the paper you're using is clean and free from wrinkles or tears. Other than that, try updating your printer's firmware and drivers to the latest versions available, as software updates can sometimes resolve printing errors.
