Product: Savi 8240 UC

Savi 8240 UC -  a few months old--- worked for a few months, now works intermittingly.  USB drive is a solid red.  Solid light on my wireless headset stand.   seems that if I take the battery out, unplug the stand, it will connect and work for some time. Then it just stops and goes back to solid red.    Any ideas?  Updates are current.
