Hi All, I have a Savi 8200 that I've had for quite sometime.  I got a new laptop for work and installed the Poly software.  Before this laptop, I was able to get an audio alert that said, "Mute On," "Mute Off," when I turned it on and off.  Now, the only option on the Poly software are two types of tones.  Did the Voice option go away?  Or is there something I'm missing?

In the hub verify that under Settings -> Ring Tones and Volume -> Mute Reminder Volume is not set to the default of OFF

 

You also have to be running a supported program that actively communicates with the headset in a ready state like Zoom during a meeting.

That's what I'm saying, it doesn't have the option any longer.  Also, it doesn't matter if I'm using Zoom, Teams, Google Meets, connected to my cell phone.
