Poly support page chat, phone support and product exchange are not active/working even though it is during the working hours stated on phone support [content removed].  After making selections prompted by greeting, I was put on an indefinite, silent hold with no information about hold times. I hung up after 5 minutes of silence. Since chat support and exchange also seem deactivated (both indicate "sign on or create account" but even after logging in, still shows "sign on or create account", Just looking for straight answers to contact Poly support at all for warranty repair set up. Screen shot showing I am signed on.
