Poly Savi 8200

Hello,

Recently I submitted a replacement request, which was closed so I am seeking assistance here. I have a Poly Savi 8200, and the base will not connect to the computer anymore. The base light stays red and will pair with the headset. I do the see the devices in the Plantronics Hub software.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Savi 8200.

Hi,

Thank you very much for your reply. With some troubleshooting, I was able to get the headset to subscribe again, although the base does not always allow it to complete this properly, I do think there is still an issue.

The S/N for the DECT base is 2RF9E3 M/C is 306KC1. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
