Product: Savi 7420 M OFFICE

The 7420 is supposed to be a Teams-certified device and according to the user manual (https://docs.poly.com/bundle/savi-7410-7420-office-ug/page/troubleshooting-container.html) you can interact with Teams with the teams button on the base.

However nothing happens when i press the Teams button.

Text in the manual:
Yes, while your headset is optimized for Microsoft Teams, it can be configured to use with other supported softphones. Set your target phone by going to Poly Lens Desktop App > Softphones > Software Settings > Target Softphone

When you configure another softphone, the Call button:
  • doesn't interact with Teams
  • doesn't go to Teams notifications
  • will not launch Cortana

So nowhere to select Target Softphone.

Teams version:  24074.2323.2827.4973.

 

Any ideas?

I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Poly Savi 7420.

Could you please try with a different PC and let me know if the issue still persists?
