Product: Rove B2 Base Station

Dear community

 

We configure a Teams Call queue with 11 users which are DECTs connected to same Base station (Dual Celling)

The Poly logs show clearly that all the calls arrived from Teams but logs show Call Reject user [content edited] Duration: 00:00:12 for those DECTs which never ring . these DECTs are online

 

Poly limitation is 10 concurrent calls for one Base station and 20 concurrent calls for Dual Base station so we didnt reach the limitation here

How can I solve this problem ? we need to ring the 11 DECTs at same time . Thanks!

Please let me know whether this problem has occurred since the device was set up and whether all DECTs are connected to the same network.

Yes all DECTs are connected to the same primary Base station Poly B2 and all DECTs are registered.
