Hello,

I'm using a Savi 8220 headset on MacOS 13.4.1 (c), Ventura via USB connection. The firmwares are the latest as shown below.
Bluetooth: v0306, Headset: v3855, PIC: v0315, Tuning: v3039, USB: v3888

While I'm in a call on Zoom or Teams, I can't hear the user's voice, but the person on the other line can hear my voice. I need to unplug and reconnect the base to fix the problem or switch the audio to Mac speakerphone.
This is really annoying because it's happening during the meeting. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,

Hello Analys1sMan, welcome to the HP Poly community.
I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Savi 8220.
Could you please follow the below mentioned troubleshooting steps and let us know if it helps?
1. Press the headset Call button.
2. Make sure your headset is charged completely.
3. Fine tune the listening volume.
4. Ensure that your headset is the default sound device by going to your Sound Control Panel (Windows) or your Sound System Preferences (Mac).
5. Make sure your headset is subscribed to the USB adapter.
Subscribe USB adapter again:
1. Insert the DECT USB adapter into your laptop or computer and wait for the LED to light up.
2. Put your headset in subscribe mode by holding Volume up for 4 seconds. Your headset LED lights up.
3. Put your DECT USB adapter into subscribe mode by double pressing the recessed subscription button with a pen or paperclip until the USB adapter flashes red and blue.
4. Subscription is successful when you hear "pairing successful" and "base connected" and the DECT USB adapter LED is solid blue.
NOTE If the USB adapter LED goes solid red after flashing red and blue, the subscription attempt has failed and should be repeated.

If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution easier by giving kudos and marking my post as an accepted solution.
Regards,
Meghana
