Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

While dialing a phone number I have no dial tone, the audio starts shortly after they pick up. After that point, the audio will cut out and switch to my desktop audio. has anyone had this issue or familiar with a fix?

Hello @Meghana_10,

 

I am having the same issue. My team is using the Poly Savi 8210 UC.

 

The headsets are either disconnecting randomly during a call or will not connect to the dongle which is usually less than a yard away at the start of a call.

 

The only fix that has "Worked" so far is hitting the "Restore Defaults" in the Poly Lens app which only sometimes works.
