Hello

I am having trouble with microphone in 500 group poly. since upgraded to 6.1.1 it will not work. Have changed out cable and microphone without success. Has anybody solution for me.

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

I see that your device is running an older version. I would suggest you upgrade the device to the latest firmware version.
If you are still having issues with the microphone, I would request that you contact HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:
