Hi Team,

 

We have issues with two meeting rooms where the POLY Web Portal for X30 shows the devices as paired. However on the actual TC8, we get the below error. The details are misleading, both ate actually not paired at all.

 

  1. Both X30/50 and the TC8 are in same VLAN and getting the same subnet IP address.
  2. Both are on same firmware train 4.0.0
  3. Done restart and factory reset too.

 

 

Kindly help us with the next action plan.

Welcome to the HP community.

 

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used exact Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

 

No picture or screenshot was attached.

 

The original Poly OS 4.0 has been outdated and we have since released PolyOS 4.0.1, 4.0.2. 4.1 and 4.1 GA2 

 

As the issue is with the yet unknown Microsoft Teams application version running on our product I suggest you update to PolyOS 4.1 GA2 as this has the latest Microsoft Teams application, the latest Admin Agent, and the Company portal.

 

Please also keep a look out at the various Microsoft messages around their pairing issues and if this does not help open a ticket with their support Team.
