Poly Group 700

Previously we can check the maintenance status of Poly items in Poly web site. However, after migration, all Poly items (such as Group 500, Group 700, E70 Camera, TRio C60, GC8 touch panel etc. ), none of them could be checked the status in HP support website. 

Could you please advise the way to check it? Many thanks.

Since the Poly support site is no longer available, you will have to register all your devices again on the HP support site, or you can contact HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. Have you been successful in completing this? We haven't been able to access our Poly products via HP support site or open cases easily since the merger. (HP also removed the support e-mail mailbox for opening cases via e-mail so you are forced to use the portal)

 

I am curious if you were able to resolve this? How was the process? Any feedback?

i was instructed to login support.hp.com, click Business Support-> Create a new case-> Enter serial number -> click Create case.

After that I can see the Warranty status with Expiration date of the serial number.
