I have opened a case support on Sep 2023 (Case ID: 5771739169) and 6 months later I am still waiting for a simple reply from HP support. 


is it normal for all of you?!

 

I’m wondering if some support guys will see my message here and finally give attention to my support case.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Could you please recheck the case ID and resend it to us, as the one that you sent is not showing up in our data? Please check and let me know so that I can look into it with high priority and provide you with an update.
