Hello,

For the longest time, I was able to connect my headset to my iPhone(listen to music, youtube, answer phone call, etc) while connected to my PC(hear windows notifications, etc).
This week, I updated Poly Lens to the latest version.  It told me there was a new firmware for both the adapter and headphones.  Updated both of those.
Now, my headset connects to my phone ONLY when the headset is not connected to the PC.  After power on, the head set says: Power on, Battery High, Phone Connected, PC Connected, Muted  (all normal)
But when I use my phone, the audio is blocked.  Even the phone functionality(iphone says it is using the headset, the headset is silent).
It appears to only work AFTER I pull out the VT700 from the PC. 
I've tried restore defaults(thru Poly Lens)... no good.

Headset Software Version: 0.0.6503.5058
Adapter Software Version: BT: 2130,  Headset: 6503

 

Final note: PolyLens does have an option for "Custom Software Update" with a disabled "Upload" button and a red exclamation mark.  Hover over mark and it says "Cannot update during a call"
For some reason, the system thinks I am in a call???  Nope... not in call.
