Wondering if anyone has a quick fix. Connecting Voyager to my Macbook Air, all connection works fine, except no sound even if BT600 set as ouput. 
1. Downloaded hub and updated to latest firmware for BT600. Connected 5200 via USB to Mac and no firmware update found.

2. Opening Sound panel and selecting input AND setting input to the Voyager enables sound through the headset. Closing the sound panel, or switching the panel to output, or setting another Mic, then after a few secs the sound drops again.

Note that the connection to the headset is fine (per the Sound menu, or Hub). But sound is stopping! 

Any thoughts?

It seems like you have tried almost all the troubleshooting, and it looks like the dongle is faulty. I would request that you contact HP Support to get the headset replaced if it is under warranty, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out.
