Voyager 5200 UC USB-A

Wondering if this is happening to anyone, i have a Voyager 5200 US USB-A headset.   It works well, however, when i raise my arms, to put them behind my head, all of a sudden it muffles my microphone.   I am not touching the mic, and nothing is in the way, like clothing, but for some reason every time i lift my arms and audio gets all messed up.

any ideas.

Hello @JohnPacheco, Welcome to the Poly HP Support Community.

We're sorry to hear that you are facing issue with the Voyager 5200 USB-A headset.

Could you please try out a few troubleshooting steps?

1. Could you please restore the settings to default on the Poly Lens Application by connecting the headset to the PC?

2. Could you please check for any firmware updates and update the headset using the poly lens application?

3. Could you please reset the sensors using the poly lens application?

4. Could you please disable the smart sensors in headset settings and test?

I hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance. If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution more easily by giving kudos or thumbs up and marking my post as an accepted solution.
