Voyager LEGEND UC

We are contacting on behalf of our customer. Plantronics Voyager Legend is not working when making a phone call. The microphone does not work and the headphone makes a peeping sound during the call, so you cannot hear the phone call properly. Furthermore, the handsfree device was sold 29.06.2023.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Poly Voyager Legend.

Poly Voyager Legend is at the end of its life, and manufacturing has been stopped, so support from our end would be limited. However, please try a few of the troubleshooting steps mentioned and let us know if the issue is resolved.

1. Could you please try it with a different mobile phone or a PC?
2. Could you please restore the headset settings to default on the Plantronics Hub application by connecting the headset to the PC? Once done, please switch off and switch on the headset again to save the changes made. 
3. Could you please confirm if the provided USB dongle is connected to the PC?

Kedves HP! Több mint 1 héttel ezelőtt jeleztem, hogy ki kell cserélnem a készüléket/ voyager legend / fejhallgató hibás működése miatt, és azóta nem kaptam választ.
