Hi all,

 

I have a headset Plantronics Voyager Focus 2 Series + recently I got new laptop from work HP ProBook 445 G10.

My problem is that I can´t answer calls with dedicated button on my headset. If I press the button nothing happens, except headset makes a sound like it did answer the call.


We use Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition 8.5.153.05 to accept calls. With my old laptop I was able to answer calls no problem with Plantronics HUB app installed on my PC.

I did the same exact setup on my new PC and it doesn´t work. I also downloaded Genesys Workstation module. In my old PC, when I installed this module and fired up Workspace Desktop Edition, Plantronics HUB paired itself with it and that was indicated by green check next to that module in Plantronics HUB in "Connected" section. 

 

I tried Plantronics HUB versions 3.25.0 and 3.25.1

Did anybody encoutered something similar?

I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Poly Voyager Focus 2.

Could you please try with a different PC and let me know if the issue still persists?
