I have a pair of Plantronics Backbeat 3150 earbuds. Independently, each pairs with a Bluetooth device (Android phone and Windows PC). They do not pair in tandem, however, and show up as differently named Bluetooth devices when in pairing mode. When turned on in proximity and without being paired to anything, they do not operate as a set. It is not possible to factory reset them with the app because that option is grayed out when only one is connected and only one can be connected at a time. Is there any option to reset the linkage between the earbuds?
