My MIC stopped working properly one day, as my teams calls I was told I sound oddly quiet, muffled and breaking up. 

 

Downgrading to a different firmware gave me back my headset that I paid over $150 for!!! I am floored because my MIC issue was destroyed by HPs super duper awesome "engineers" , and I had to downgrade (thankfully it worked) in order to use my overpriced paperweight again as a headset - which is amazing when its working! Unreal I had to go through this and research this allllll because of an update?!?!?  NOT TO MENTION, there are no further updates to actually fix this issue! At a loss. But glad my issue was fixed, thanks to someone's post with the backdated firmware I needed! Thanks Anonymous person! No thanks to HP!
