HP Recommended
Product: Surface laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Officejet 4632. I went to sign in, and got a message saying my pin code isn't available,& to get new one. I can't do anything ! Can't get passed windows 10 sign in. Can't access  any keys. I've tried rebooting, It didn't work. I've tried pretty much every recovery method I've seen, which doesn't mean alot ! I'm not computer savvy.  This is my first post Thanks in advance
