Hello guys,

I have question about this docking station I bought it and bought AC power adapter (HP one) with 90 W. I plugged it in the dock and it seemt to work (light) when I pluged it through USB-C cable (Baseus tungsten 100 W) I got message that it is insuficient power for charging. My notebook is listed as compatible product (HP 850 G5).

The dock i bought is from shop (refurbished) and came without adapter, so I bought one + cable. Now i dont understand whats up why it doesnt work.

From HP site/manual I see that indeed this comes with 90 W adapter ? I think it is maybe even the same adapter, all the specs matches.

So what am I missing ? Is it weak ac adapter or cable or is the dock faulty ? I am really weak in this field but how much does the dock needs when notebook can be charged alone with 45 W adapter with no problem.

Thanks in advance !
