Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I go onto the Windows camera app, it works for a few seconds then blacks out, it works again then blacks out and it does this for at least 30 seconds before then just blacking out completely. I have updated drivers, re-installed drivers, use powershell and command prompt on administrator mode but nothing works. I have reset the camera app multiple times but it doesn't do anything. I have also gone it the camera's setting and selected the flickering reduction to 50hz but it still did the same thing.  I am very unsure on what to do now.
