Irrespective of which laptop or other peripherals (docking station etc) I am using, Teams call participants tell me that my outgoing sound quality is super bad in ca. 50% of all calls - rattling/garbled sound/echoes. Hanging up and dialing in again usually solves this. When this happens, Teams sometimes displays a message "High Fidelity mode - music has been detected" or something like that. 

To be clear, this is only happening with this specific Poly Sync 20, not with my other devices e.g. Jabra speakerphone.
